Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

Wired CIO ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you call, email, or book a strategy session, we receive the contact details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company.
  • Usage data. We collect basic, aggregate information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
  • Client workspace activity. If you sign in to a Partnership Workspace we host for you, we record which parts of it you open, when, and the IP address you connect from. We use this to support the workspace, to keep it secure, and to confirm that sign-in messages reach you.

How we use it

  • To respond when you contact us or book a call.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are read and how people find us. Both set cookies in your browser to tell returning visitors apart from new ones. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. We use this information to improve the site and our services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site works fine without them. Google also offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.

Scheduling and service providers

Booking a strategy session on this site uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly's privacy policy as well as ours. We use a small number of service providers like this to run the business, and we share only what they need to provide their service.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it. Workspace activity records keep the IP address you connected from for 12 months, after which we remove the address and keep only the activity.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Reach us through the contact page or call (312) 210-0318 and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
